Bunbury will host the State Country Water Polo Championships | Bunbury Mail

The Bunbury Water Polo Club is set to host teams from across WA as part of this year’s State Country Water Polo Championships.

Teams from Port Hedland, Karratha, Geraldton, Peel, Busselton and Bunbury will battle it out this long weekend.

Games will start on February 26, ahead of the grand finals on February 28.

Six men’s sides and six women’s teams will play throughout the weekend, with a junior exhibition game to be held on the 27th.

Bunbury Water Polo president Alice Luscombe said the club was excited to host the other associations, and to show them everything that Bunbury has to offer.
