Shire of Dardanup calling on youth to be part of new group | Bunbury Mail

Shire of Dardanup is calling on all young residents who have a passion for events and youth issues to sign up for a Youth Advisory Group.

The shire are on the hunt for dynamic, creative and passionate residents aged 12-24.

Once established the Youth Advisory Group will meet throughout the year to work on ideas for school holiday activities, community events and generally making the shire a great place to live for young people.

Teenagers Tiarn Plunkett, Taya Fry and Shelby-Irene Gray have already signed up to be part of the group.

Fifteen year-old Taya said she originally inquired about joining the City of Bunbury’s youth advisory group last year when she was at a protest.
